Use HOT: Heat away aches and pains, and when you need to keep warm, reach for your bag and hold on your lap, over your feet, across your neck anywhere you’re cold. Find the optimum time necessary to provide you with comfortable heat. Place in microwave and heat on high in 30 second intervals. Be careful not to overheat!
Use COLD: Place in the freezer for several hours to use as a cold compress.
